Shipping policy?

UK Shipping times:

Please be aware that shipping times may be slightly longer than normal due to the current COVID19 situation. Please be patient and stay safe. Thank you.

All my products are handmade and some are made to order therefore they are dispatched within 3 working days. I try to fulfil next day delivery wherever I can!

Items are sent via second class Royal Mail Delivery unless you select express delivery at the checkout. If express delivery is selected I will ship via 1st class, usually the same day.

If for any reason dispatch time is longer I will contact you.

Returns: Returns are accepted, so if you change your mind, or you are not satisfied in any way please don’t worry. As long as the product is unused and in new condition just return it to me. In this instance the buyer pays return postage costs.

If the product is faulty for any reason, I apologise and you will be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

INTERNATIONAL

For international shipping items are dispatched within 3 working days and shipped using standard royal mail delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

How much will it cost for shipping?

I offer FREE UK mainland shipping on all orders.

For international deliveries, each order is calculated by the weight and destination, this is calculated at the checkout.

Is it possible to send a gift directly to the recipient?

Yes, that's no problem, just let me know and I will ensure there are no prices included. If you require, I am also happy to gift wrap to give it that personal touch.

Where are your products made?

All of my products are handmade designed in Cornwall, from a little studio by the sea.

I love your bags but would like a different size and an extra pocket, is this possible?

Yes, its no problem at all. I can custom make any of my products to suit your specific needs, just send me a message detailing what you would like.
